Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries from Weinbau Herget. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

The subject of delivery are wines and wine-based beverages as well as other products related to Weinbau Herget.

Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. A contract is only concluded through our express order confirmation or through the delivery of the goods.

All prices are in euros including statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery is made within the timeframes specified on the website. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

For damages that are based on a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable within the scope of the damages foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, insofar as the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or public-law special fund, our place of business.
